The AUTOOL SPT360 is a bench spark plug tester for checking spark plugs off the engine before you refit or replace them. Fit a known-good reference plug and up to four plugs to test, set the firing rate, and compare their sparks side by side through the clear safety cover.

It quickly shows plugs with a weak, intermittent or missing spark, which helps confirm a plug fault when diagnosing misfires on petrol cars, motorcycles and small engines.

Important Notes

Plugs fire in open air. This is a comparison test, not a test under cylinder pressure. Confirm suspected ignition faults on the vehicle.
Spark voltage reaches tens of thousands of volts. Keep the cover closed and switch off before fitting or removing plugs.
