I bought this some time ago and have only had problems with the unit. Started off with recording data, the unit would freeze during live data recording. Atempted to call AZscanners to have this fixed and received no help at all. Most recently tried to code some injectors with the unit and again this function much like a lot of other functions does not work. Tried to make a warranty claim with AZscanners which they ignored.

The RMA we have issued last September in our last communication can still be used if there is a need. Feel free to reach out if you do have any other questions too.
Purchased this scan tool for my Mercedes Sprinter..Very helpful in diagnosing NOX sensor and EGR issues. Covers most systems in my vehicle except manufacturer specific items. Sometimes we are at the mercy of manufacturers.This is a very good scan tool for the money. Very happy.

Not woth buying if you have a Holden as some of the features you need are not compatible. I purchased for throttle recalibration and it doesn't support it. Better to just go a cheaper scan tool.

Worked amazing for my two cars. Found the defect in the ABS system of my 2008 Holden Captiva. As well as access to all the ECU’s (Captiva was under GM and then unlisted / truck menu) On my 2014 BM Mazda 3 Skyactive Diesel it found 19 separate computers, was able to run tests and perform an oil data reset. Everything I need to step up my DIY game at home.

Seeing as how I have only very recently purchased this product it is not possible to really give a proper product review. I have scanned my vehicle and no DTC's were evident. What I can review however is the performance of the seller of the tool, AZ Scanners. Their level of communication was excellent, they answered all my numerous questions very promptly and professionally. Hopefully I don't need to go back to them with any problems with the scanner, but if that should happen I am very confident of their full support.

Received my scanner and immediately plugged it in to my 2008 Range Rover sport that was suffering suspension faults. Just a few seconds and multiple faults came up with descriptions. All faults either directly or indirectly led me to the compressor. On inspection the compressor has a Brocken piston!! So far I love this scanner.

So far this product seems to be doing its job. I bought it for our 2 x VW's to diagnose things on our cars and my husband will fix himself, if he is able. I haven't as yet learnt its full capabilities. If we had of had it sooner we most likely would have save a lot of money. From enquiry to delivery the purchase process was quick and most satisfactory. Works great on my RRS. Being a multi-car scanner, my wife's VW golf should not be a problem either. Now, if our cars go into limp mode again, I can see what has caused it and possibly diagnose/repair problem myself.

Great product, helped alot while trying to DIY fix my 2010 Mercedes E250 CDI, saved me a lot of money spending at mechanics and getting scammed by some of them , and definitely saved my DPF from being replaced according to the dealer, by running the DPF regeneration process it saved tones of money . Great DIY'er scan tool. I able to used this for my Nissan X-trail T30 to diagnose engine crank but no start. It helps me a lot to bring down all possible causes by checking the performance of each components e.g. battery voltage, engine timing, fuel relay, CAN status and many more. I will recommend this product to those who love doing DIY projects.
