Great unit, fast delivery. Helped me diagnose problem and after research fixed the problem. I purchased this tool as I thought it would do more than it can. Comes up with not supported when trying to check other things, but did the job so far. Hope there are better updates coming soon so more can be done with it. Otherwise very happy.11 February 2024
Finally a scanner that helps!
When I hooked this up to my vehicle, a 2015 Mercedes Sprinter 319, it analysized everything which didn’t quite happen with the previous one and allowed my to run a regeneration program for the DPF. 20 minutes later I could clear the error codes and it was all reset? Not quite, I had to repeat the whole analysis again and this time it was done! No issues since, which saved me hundreds of dollars for a mechanic to do the same. So worth every penny! A must for any Benz owner
This unit managed to detect historic problems with my SLK350 with ease. Errors logged were described and options to reset or delete codes allowed checks on repeat issues. As yet I haven't had a chance to go through all of the functions, mostly focussing on small annoying errors.12 August 2023

Very disappointed. Bought it specifically for the ABS bleed function but when connected to three of my Mercedes vehicles (W166, W203 & R171) none of them are supported by the scanner even after upgraded to the latest version. By all accounts, this is false advertisement and should have made it clear that not all models are supported. My cars varies from 2005 to 2014 and one would thought that at least one would be supported.4 June 2023

Hi Paul, sorry to hear the scan tool did not work as you hoped it would. These functions are advertised as the scan tool is capable of them however like any other scan tool on the market, all functions are vehicle specific e.g. can work with some but not others. It might have been better for you to check with us before purchasing, as if you did, we would not of recommended the iCarsoft scanners and would have recommended a suitable scan tool that we know is capable of ABS brake bleed on your vehicles.

simple to use, very effective immediately - knowing what is happening under the enginelight including historical and never accurate warnings. for example fault with fog lights. vehicle has no fog lights! simple to clear fault. havent worked out how to save stuff yet - next task!20 July 2022
