This is a two part review, firstly for for the tool and secondly for AZScanners ---TOOL--- I'm only a car enthusiast not a mechanic or workshop etc, so you may wonder why I'd spend this kind of money on a tool that hopefully I'll only need to use a handful of times. The answer is, without it you simply cannot fix certain issues on modern day cars, without relying on "experts" that just want to throw new parts at it. I had issues with multiple cars, Chrysler and Jaguar. The major advantage of this tool is its multi-brand capabilities along with "Bi-directional" programming via service functions that actually work, I had a tool that offered this capability but in reality none of the functions or actuations worked. - This tool allowed me to read/clear fault codes and faultfind a faulty clockspring on the 2008 Chrysler Grand Voyager, Once the clockspring was replaced this tool allowed for a Steering Angle Sensor calibration. several actuation functions were tested. - The 2007 Jaguar XKR had an issue with the driver and passenger seat modules, after a battery change the seats would only recline back and not forward, this tool allowed for a seat calibration service function that made the seat fully operational again. So far this tool has done everything I've needed it to do. ---AZscanners--- Customer service beyond the norm! I would encourage anyone considering purchasing a tool like this to get in contact with AZscanners to discuss your requirements, they'll be able to steer you in the right direction, As I said above I went ahead and bought a tool that I thought would do what I needed and it wasn't great, AZscanners had the knowledge and experience to help me get to what I needed, in this instance the X431 V Pros Elite. - Competitive pricing - Expert knowledge of diagnostic equipment - Friendly and efficient communications8 March 2024
