I've got the Vident i400 scanner. I'm not an auto electrician but this scanner is easy for me to use. I've got Holden, Mazda and Mercedes Benz software and it has been enormously helpful. And the support from the guys at AZSCANNERS has been amazing.

I contacted AZ Scanners to purchase the Toyota software download for my i440AU. You need to have the iScanzilla software already installed on your PC, as the download shows up in the program. Hook up the micro SD card to the PC and download the software. I found some updates for my Holden software, Toyota software, and the scanner operating software.

Bought the scanner a few years ago to assist in a rebuild. New vehicle so need the new program. Easy to use and easy to read. Best investment I have made in purchasing a tool.

The extra software I purchased is fine. But for the extra $100 I spent for one vehicle upgrade, I should have purchased an all vehicle scanner.

Down loaded the software update for Mazda to find a traction control problem with my BT50. As soon as I plugged in the tool it pointed me to the steering angle sensor. Replaced this as ute works perfect now. This saved a lot of time and money for me. Highly recommend this scanner and upgrade.

Robust product of good quality material pretty straight forward operation a operators manual would be of benifit for those not so computer savey . Support very good a little time consuming depending on issues.

I have just purchased more software off az scanners and upgraded my existing . Peugeot , Mercedes and Ford are the areas we work on . I bought this software to add to my holden only i400AU. I have not used it yet but I am completely happy with the functions with the Holden software and do not see why the BMW would be any different.The purchase download and installation was straight forward with some advice from Boris.
