The device is brilliant. After much research I settled on the ScanGauge 3 to primarily monitor the DPF status, Soot load and Transmission Temperature of my 2022 MR Triton. The readings are live and on a minimal intrusive touch screen, these are the two main factors the sold me on the device. The scan gauge 3 is easy to fit and use. It showed on my D max how hot the transmission gets when towing. This has spurred me on to fit a transmission cooler and I can now see how much cooler it runs and have peace of mind with the longevity of the gearbox.23 December 2024

What a great unit to keep an eye on how the vehicle is running . I feel if your towing this is a tool for you so you can see how the vehicle is doing quick look to see coolent, transmission, volts and the list goes on. Good quality product, only issue I have is the refresh rate even though I have it set on "fast" being the quickest refresh setting I expected it too have a lot less lag with the guage readings.
